M-006 is a time trial Challenge on Kronos Island in Sonic Frontiers. Completing it reveals more of your map and moves you closer to fast travel. Many players find it straightforward but easy to miss if you’re not sure where to look.

Where to Find Challenge M-006

• This Challenge sits on the east coast of Kronos Island’s bigger landmass.

• Look for the M-006 sign on the ridge just east of the red Chaos Emerald.

• If you’ve just done Challenge M-004, simply head north up the same ridge.

• Check the map above for precise positioning.

How to Complete Challenge M-006

✅ Step 1: Start the Timer

• Next to the M-006 sign, you’ll see an hourglass.

• Press X (Xbox) to activate it.

• A short cutscene shows a red platform in the distance — that’s your goal.

✅ Step 2: Reach the Platform Before Time Runs Out

• You have 25 seconds, which is plenty for Sonic.

• Hold RT to boost your speed and dash straight there.

• If you get turned around, look for the red beam of light shooting into the sky — it marks the platform’s location.

Once you reach it, the Challenge completes automatically, unlocking more of the map.
